There have been several requests for this recipe so here it is:

Saltine Cookies
From the kitchen of Stephanie McCord

1 sleeve of saltine crackers
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 oz. heath candy bars

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line your cookie sheet with crackers
Melt 1 cup butter on stove
Add 1 cup sugar
Bring to a boil & boil for 2 minutes
Pour mixture over crackers
Bake in oven for 4 minutes
Sprinkle chocolate chips over mixture & crackers
The chocolate chips will melt (spread evenly)
Chop heath bars
Sprinkle heath bars over chocolate and gently press into chocolate
Refrigerate
Cut into cookie size pieces
