The interviews begin...
It is that time of year when interviews begin for assistant principal in Mesquite ISD. This year unlike years in the past there are several openings and I have already had principals contact me. Tonight was the Mesquite Foundation fundraiser with a concert by Robert Earl Keen. He was the main reason Chris and I wanted to go. It was great! We had fun and I got to know 4 other principals. Some good face time you could say. So, if you could add me to your prayer list this weekend and Monday(my interviews) that God will put me at a school that is the right place for me, I'd appreciate it.

On another note, Wyatt's favorite place to go right now is the park. He loves the slide...climbing up it that is! :)

Some fun weekends....

We went to Tennessee to visit my Grandmother for her 84th birthday. We enjoyed our stay and it is always yummy to eat her chocolate cake she prepares every time we come. Here is Wyatt and his Great Grandmother:
Wyatt also enjoyed some special time with Granddaddy and Uncle Matt.
We've also been to the coldest baseball game in Rangers history. Wyatt really enjoyed "baball!" It was 38 degrees...he had 6 layers on...we left in the 6th inning...yes the Rangers won!
Easter was fun! We took some pictures in the bluebonnets! They are just beautiful this year.
Wyatt also went on an Easter Egg Hunt. At the end of the hunt, the Easter Bunny brought Wyatt a t-ball set. The day after the Rangers game. He plays everyday! (Thanks Nana and Gramps)
Well, that's what we've been up to!
Oh and Wyatt's new phrase, "Hey Dude!" Thanks, Uncle Matt!
